Performance of Sify in Delhi & Pune

According to me Sify is the worst provider ever know to humanity with pathetic customer service. I used sify for 2-3 months and it was the most horrible time of my life. 60% of the time connection was down and rest connection was very slow (transfer rate never went anywhere more than 25-30 kbps on 512kbps plan). someone help me rectify a flaw in my broadband connection.I use a belkin g wireless router.It provides wireless connectivity to my laptop and provied wired connectivity to my desktop but when i try to connect internet on my laptop there is an error.The internet explorer says page cannot be displayed.But when i press f5 key and refresh the page for a second attempt it gets connected please help as soon as possible its very annoying!According to me Sify is the worst provider ever know to humanity with pathetic customer service.
