The southern California city of Inglewood is located to the south of Los Angeles and to the east of Marina del Rey. It is nestled between Interstates freeways 405 and 110 to the west and east, respectively and Interstates 10 and 105 to the north and south, respectively. This gives the city a central location and allows for visitors to the city to enjoy easy access to highways that take them to events and attractions throughout Los Angeles, Hollywood, Long Beach and other popular destinations in the area.

Randy's Donuts is one of the most famous landmarks in the city. It has been featured in several music videos including "Californication" by the Red Hot Chili Peppers and "What's My Name" by Snoop Doggy Dogg. It has been featured in movies such as Earth Girls Are Easy.

It has also been featured in several television shows including Arrested Development, Futurama and as a similar donut shop in The Simpsons. Because of the enormous donut on top of the relatively small building, it has caught the eye of many visitors, passers-by and residents of the area. Los Angeles International Airport is on the other side of Interstate 405, making Inglewood a convenient location for travelers looking to stay in close proximity to the airport, while still exploring Greater Los Angeles. The Forum is located in the city and was home to the Los Angeles Lakers of the NBA and the Los Angeles Kings of the NHL before the teams moved to Staples Center. With lots of attractions in nearby Los Angeles and Hollywood, visitors often find that exploring Inglewood and its nearby communities can be a rewarding trip or vacation. Beverly Hills is not far from Inglewood, either, allowing visitors to get a glimpse of the rich and famous if they desire.

California is not short on things to do for nature lovers, either. Angeles National Forest to the north of Los Angeles offers visitors the opportunity to take advantage of the natural beauty of California.

A bike ride near the coast of nearby Marina del Rey is a popular activity for tourists and residents of the area. Marina del Rey has its own Fisherman's Village to offer, where events such as firework displays or cruises take place on a nearly weekly basis.
