The nervous system is accessing theta brainwaves but also stays busy enhancing numerous other allocated clusters of brainwaves as well. This in turn relates to the various positions of your mind. This directly affects different states of mood such as relaxation, anxiousness and severe depression.

Let's take a more precise look at the reaction of each of the brainwaves that are known and their specific characteristics.

Beta is one group of brainwaves which is usually responsible for your normal state of mind; with tossing and turning awareness of the surroundings. The easiest example is when you are actively driving, walking, or speaking; you are actually dominated by Beta. Other accompanied emotions such as, anxiousness, and exhaustion- results from any high beta activities.

Secondly, when your mind rests calmly; which is also associated with concentration on a particular aspect, it is said that you are under Alpha. In addition, this state is defined as the most incredible state, permitting the brain to draw in new information.

Following this, when your brain is engaged in utmost relaxation is when the role of Theta brainwaves comes in. Similarly, when you are dreaming, or involved with any meditation, the theta waves are in motion.

Lastly, Delta being the less active wave pattern among all other brainwaves comes into play when you are mostly unconscious, such as a deep sleep.

However, with the program unveiled by the Quantum Mind Power, accessing theta brainwaves or any other brainwaves patterns is not a big deal any more.
