The Vision Pattaya Condo may have some units that are a little bit pricey for some investors but if you really think about it, the developers can justify the amount they have placed on such apartments. The Vision stands on the most exclusive area of Pattaya, Thailand - the Pratumnak Hill, a 'Beverly Hills' like location in the resort city and the home of the richest and largest villas one can find outside Bangkok. The Vision has 23 floors and 216 units. All of these units can give their future residents a wonderful view of Pattaya's serene bay areas and Jomtien's clustered but uprising city. Aside from the stunning views these units can offer, they are also fully furnished, thus adding more to their appeal to the customers' eyes. Everyone can see that the care given by its developers in building the apartments makes all units spectacular catches for the prospect property investors.
